'Love, Cats and Bill Murray'

Two solo shows back to back; 'Lanky Olive' and 'Broken Flowers'

Have you ever had to re-live a break-up over and over again?

Have you ever had the fear you may die with 7000 cats eating your face?

No? Well Olive and Roy have.

Join Big Squirrel for a night packed full of comedy, romance and a tinge sadness. A double-bill of BRAND NEW solo shows from the company who brought you multi award-winning ‘Uke Belong To Me’ (**** LondonPubTheatre.com and NDFA Audience Appreciation winners) and ‘Flat 2B’ (Best New Play Winner)

Starting with ‘Lanky Olive’, written and performed by Kattreya Scheurer-Smith  (Wonder Woman, For Her, Same Same Different) Meet Olive, she’s awkward, long and met the man of her dreams, literally, in her dreams and she’s on a mission to find him, like a romantic stalker. Find out what it is to a ‘single pringle’ in a world full of chat roulette and the raunchy elderly.

Followed by ‘Broken Flowers’ written and performed by Matthew Squance (Soho Theatre Young Company Writer, Madman Marathon Man, Prima Party) Roy is a cynical, hot-headed florist who finds himself repeatedly reliving his break-up with long-term mannequin girlfriend Rosie. Be prepared for floral assaults and outrageous attempts at breaking up when love is on the battlefield.

WARNING: This piece includes adult language with an age recommendation of 14+.

Directed by the Big Squirrel founder himself, Stephen Scheurer-Smith, with Harry Hugh as technical director. It’ll be a performance you won’t want to miss!
