EDINBURGH FRINGE 2018

UKE BELONG TO ME

"If so many animals in the wild can get it right, why can't we?"

Tom, a quirky 25 year old Zoologist stumbles across a dishevelled runaway bride stuck in a tree. What comes next is a whirlwind of cartoon-esque scenes as we travel through their wit-filled (platonic-ish) relationship complete with skype calls and ukulele based serenades.

Big Squirrel troopep up to Edinburgh after their success at both Sawston and Cambridge Drama Festivals and the NDFA All Winners Festival with a debut piece of writing by Kattreya Scheurer-Smith, starring Matthew Squance “Squance is a performer I expect we will see a lot more of. A triumph,” (Broadway Baby) and Kattreya herself “... could fit in easily into any Fast Show or  Smack The Pony set up,” (Snipelondon). Directed by Stephen Scheurer-Smith, founder of the company.

"Are you calling me a dog?"

"Ignore that detail."

Meet Viola Isabella Potter, she's an actress, which means she's actually a waitress. So what if she has the world's worst memory for possibly one of the most famous Shakespearean speeches in history? At least she can return home to the perfect fiancee, Max Jacob Ferrin. However, not is everything as it seems.
